Displaying youtube videos on D7 from RSS Feed

I have RSS feed that has videos URL(s), but when I display it on my site D7.3.3, I see same URL(s) instead of the actual Videos where my users can click on play and watch video on my site w/o redirecting them to youtube and watch it there.. I was told that D7.3.3 needs the right video viewer for the URLs to display the videos on the site.. Not sure if this is true or if there is something else I need to do on the site level or on RSS level to be able to display youtube videos directly from RSS feed into my site..
