Display New URL's Mod - 7.0.3

Hello Everyone,

I wrote this modification for 7.0.0 and just updated the script for 7.0.3

1. It will display a new download URL link on the File View page.
2. It will make file downloads available to non-members.
3. It will display a new URL [img] tag link to the re-sized photo on the Photo View page. (for quick posting in forums)
4. it will display a new URL link on the Photo View page to the full sized image.

You still have to be a member to upload files just not to view them from the URL that will be displayed on the files view page.

I've installed the mod to my site. I would direct you to the website directory under "Hobby" but I changed the thumbnail image under my websites and it's still waiting for approval.... so I might get smacked for this but
