Discount for Premium Members?

I keep seeing everywhere that Premium members get a discount on Market purchases... so far I haven't seen a single one of these show up when I checkout, nor do I see any instructions for doing anything, coupons to enter, nothing.

Is there something I have to do in order to get this mysterious discount?

You need to be a premium member to receive the discount, which you aren't.

Ah, I misread the blurb when I bought my dolphin license, thought I was getting the Premium not Advanced access. My bad.
