Disappearing right banner

I just noticed (still playing with dolphin, not officially launched yet) that when i make my window smaller, it completely removes the right banner.  You cannot scroll right to see it.  It is literally gone...  Any ideas on how, why this happens and what to do to fix it?  not good for advertisers if their banners disappear in smaller windows!  Thanks.
