 Hello, I would like to disable the user "Presence" option which appears on the left-hand side of the Top Extra menu bar (the item that allows you to choose "online", "offline", "away", or "busy"). How can I remove this item and make all users "always online" whenever they are logged in? No matter how many times I select "online" from that menu, it always switches me back to "offline" when I refresh my page. |
1. Enter your Admin area. 2. navigate to BUILDERS - > Member Menu 3. Remove the block called MemberBlock 4. You may have to flush the cache, I would suggest looking at Deano's Tools if you do not have it. 5. The 'Presence' should be eliminated.

Hmmm, that does remove the Presence options. However, my users (myself included) are still showing as "offline". Any ideas on why that might be, and how I can make everyone show up as "online" when they are logged in? |
