Disable rating stars from front page

Hi! I am trying to disable the photo rating feature from our site. I've disabled it generally via the Admin Panel, but need a little help with how to remove the unused stars from the front page.

I've searched Boonex, and came across only one post on this topic; it is an older Blog post which gives a lead, but unfortunately, I need a bit more detail.  This post said to comment out the line in general.css (which I've reviewed, but can't find the correct block).

If anyone knows which file/code I need to amend to disable the unused stars from the front page, I'd really appreciate it if you'd let me know.

I need the same for 7.3.3

I've tried to replicate the problem on my test site or the dolphin demo and can't find any stars on the home page.

The only stars I can see are on the photos themselves.

Can you be more specific or post a screenshot (preferred)

Under those groups there are stars.  Under view photo, there are stars.  I think I have shut off all the ratings options, but the stars still show up.
