Disable Promotional Account

I don't necessarily want to remove the Promotional Account, but I want a situation when members register, there accont type will naturally be "Standard" and not Promotional account.

How do I do that? Thanks.

Admin->Settings->Membership Levels.

Uncheck the option Enable promotional membership:

If I do this, will it delete the current promotional members?

No. They just won't have any access..... You will need to reset them to something else

Is there a way to "MASS CHANGE" members to a different membership level? We have a few hundred members and it will be very time consuming to change each one manually.

Yes, it is possible with a query on the database.  You will be changing the membership number; so you need to find the number of the membership that you want the members to have.  You want to check to see if the member is a promotional member and if yes, change it to the desired membership.  I am guessing that promotional memberships have a short expiration?  You may want to set the expiration time as well.
