Disable Anonymous Comments on user profile

Is it possible to remove the ability for people to add a comment to a users profile if they are not logged in? ie; only show "Add Your Comment" link when you're logged in?

Login to your admin panel and uncheck the open site option.

Then set up the non-member permissions so they can't comment.

I have a mod at expertzzz.com that will allow only friends to post comments on pofiles.
