The Adobe AIR app is actually created on BoonEx's servers and then downloaded to Dolphin.  From what I've read, rebranding this app is a lot like the mobile app, and requires a license.  You'll have to contact BoonEx for more information.

There are instructions in Desktop App source code on how to change icon and app title.

We have just updated desktop app source code to version 1.1 with more descriptive readme file.

It is the same version, during compilation you can control what file you want to get, .air or executable file for the target OS, like .exe for Windows OS. Please refer to Air SDK documentation for these parameters.
