Is there any tutorial about desktop air file ? how to modify the code source and create an air file.

You must purchase a license to rebrand the Desktop app. I was talking to Rayz about this and he told me that once you purchase such a license, you're given the needed instructions.

Yes i know and i have a prime license and have the code source of desktop application but how to create an air file after modifying the source?

I'd recommend you read up on the subject at Adobe's site, as well as contact Rayz for any help with compiling.
