Desktop?

How do I make the desktop work? It appears in the ray plugins, says it's enabled, but what do you do after that?

From what i can pick up, i dont think the desktop works, ive never been able to get it to work anyway, even when it says its enabled.

You need to download the script part of this & install it. Just enabling it on the admin>Plugin section doesn't work..Products/download/ desktop at the bottom...
