Deleting a user account

is to easy and to fast, i think. It would be better, if the system is asking if this useraccount should really be deleted.

And it should list the account or accounts being deleted so that one can peruse the list and make sure an account was not accidentally selected.  "Do you really want to delete account(s) Bob, Jane, Bill, Lisa?"  Oops, Lisa was not suppose to be included; good thing I get a list.
