Deleted User Forum Editor Post Does Not Load Forum

I was having a problem with the forum editor not reloading the Forum/current topic on posting a comment; however, the comment does post.  This caused members to hit the submit button repetitively resulting in a large number of comments being submitted.  This problem seems to only happen on a forum post where the member that started the topic has deleted their account.  Has anyone else witness this action of the forum?  Has this been reported and fixed in 7.1 B2?

I see that 7.1 final is released; so will make sure the site is up to date and then check this problem out again to see if it still exists.
