Deleted Members Still Getting Group Updates

Members that have deleted their profile are still receiving notificatio emails from groups they where members of.

I thought this had been fixed?

Do we have a solution even if it is to stop all notifications being sent? Need a solution fast before Amazon SES close my account down, but more importantly puts me in breach of GDPR laws.

It's impossible if user is deleted, but it maybe that you have some problem on your site which prevent user deletion and user is still in the database.

In some cases deletion process isn't completed if error happens during deletion. It can happen for example if some 3rd-party module doesn't delete user's data properly and some error has place.
