Deleted Buys??

Hello,

 why are my downloads are deleted from the cart history?! When i buy a module, a week later, the buy will not showing any more in the history!

Thats FAIL!! I must ever send a mail to the seller, that iam a buyer from the module when they have made a update. That is very ... shit...

yes, this is the history, but when the seller have a bad day, they can delete buyers from the buyerlist. And the product will not show anymore in my history.

I have this problem ever, when i report the coders bugs from the modules. And when they dont wont that i become updates for the module, they delete me from the list. Is is a NO GO! I have pay for it! And when i have pay for it, i will not pay for updates from the same module ever and ever again.

@ This Time is the module from Shena... they have update they script. And now, it is not showing in my list. its delete. Sorry, but when they make an update, i dont pay the double price for the same product....

yes, this is it. I wrote him. But he ignor it.  But the deleted postes @ the shop, must be showing in the cart history. So, can ever seller delete they post and make a new one to sell more... ..

It's a serious problem, and one that needs to be looked into. I'll pass something along about better buyer protection, and see where things go from there.

@newton, yes it is correct we removed a few old templates from market. Because we dont want to sell them anymore and this is absolut legal option of every seller!!

I never purchased another module from the market because of this.

Market vendors can remove items and not support them. Take your money and still release products very similar, add a few changes, remove the old one and offer new, then your left with a module that does not work and never will be updated.

I'm aware of the problems involved for consumers, which is why I'm requesting changes to make the market better. If you have any recommendations, please, do share.

Boonex should test each and every single extension..

They say not worth it, LOL

I shall preach about the flawed market, thieves, and their non functional extension, creators till something better is done.

I feel so sorry for the new members, perhaps the ones that joined today, they will never come across this post and will be burned and never come back..
