Delete all standard avatars

Hello,

I wish to delete or otherwise disable all of the avatars that come with Dolphin... the cartoon faces. Would I just need to delete them from /modules/boonex/avatar/data/ready/? Or will that cause issues? Is it possible to simply disable those built-in avatars via admin, and still allow users to upload their own photos as avatars?

Thanks!

Hmm. Let me find out. I'll go try it and see what it does.

Ok. You can remove all the avatars. It does not seem to harm anything, but the Site Avatars block does show up still with nothing in it.

But i looked in admin, and i found a check box that disables them. So that would be the proper way to disable them.

Admin -> Modules -> Avatar

Uncheck the box that says enable site Avatars.

Perfect! I wasn't sure if that "disable" option would disable all avatars or just the site ones. Looks like I am good to go. Thanks!

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
