Delete Spammer Of Self

Sweet...i deleted myself as a spammer...hummm.
I went to my profile and i tried to ban myself, got a message box that said SUCCESS...nothing happened.

I really wanted to delete myself i guess so i clicked the Delete Spammer button on my profile and it removed my account.
These buttons shouldn't appear on the logged in user's profile (hence the reason for the remove my account) option of whatever it's called in your settings.

This reminded me of the Windows vista i think it was (right click recycle bin, select delete, poof)

One could argue that you shouldn't delete your own account, even with the temptation of a clickable button.

I did make a ticket for this way back to not have admin users deletable, or at least add a JavaScript alert first. Not sure what happened to it. But you'll need to make a new account and set it as an admin (change the Role number to 3 for the account in the database's Profiles table) or restore your old account from backup.

Edit: In either case, make sure to clear Dolphin's cache.

Thanks for the info and yeah i got everything set up.

I seen the delete button which told me that would delete the account so i was curious on the Delete Spammer button (both buttons to remove account?)

The delete spammer button should be removed with just the Delete button there.
Once delete button is pressed, provide a reason why (spammer, illegal activity, copyright issues etc.)

IIRC, the Delete Spammer button goes a step further and sends the information to StopForumSpam (if setup in Dolphin).
