Delete Bottom Menu

How can I delete the bottom menu? ( attachment )

It's a option in admin.

For dolphin 7.0.9 its in admin->Settings->Advanced Settings->Variables. And the name of the option is..... Enable Member Menu

For dolphin 7.1.0 its in admin->Settings->Advanced Settings->General. And the name of the option is..... Enable Member Menu
