Delete Albums in Photos Has Never Worked - Can Someone Help?

Hi! I have NEVER had the delete albums to work.  Can someone get a Developer to help me?  Its is frustrating for my members and there are lots of empty albums everywhere.

The one default album is created automatically upon frst opening of Album Administration page and can't be deleted.

There is no problem to delete any other album, except one default.
