Template Updated today for dolphin 7.0.3
Zip archive now contains a copy of the template for 7.0.1-7.0.2 and a copy for 7.0.3
If you wish to update your current copy to work with 7.0.3 then do the following.
Download the new archive from the market.
Remove the folders. modules/boonex/forum/layout/deanos_basic_black and modules/boonex/forum/layout/deanos_basic_black_en from your server.
Upload the folder modules/boonex/forum/layout from the Basic Black for D7.0.3 folder in the new template zip file to the server.
The only changes in the update are the forums.

Bit of help needed please, ihave just recently been upped to 7.0.4 and cant get my logo to work with the template, i have uploaded it to the right section of the folder on the server, however it does not show, any ideas,
to see the problem go to www.ptcgalaxy.net and look at the logo
Thanks

As long as the origional logo.png was replaced with your new one then most likley all that needs to be done is clear the dolphin cache folders. If still the same, then browser may be caching the previous image, so try clearing the browser cache as well.

I also noticed from your site inspecting with firebug that the full url to the image is not there as it should be.
You say you uploaded the logo to the proper location.
Well, tell me exactly where you put it and verify it's there. And did you edit any of the templates files such as _sub_header.html. Reason i ask is becuse the alt tag is different and the only way that could happen is by manually editing the template.
So perhaps a mistake was made there. Try reuploading that file if after you verify that the logo was uploaded to the exact location the instructions specify does not work.
There is not much that can go wrong here. Either the logo is not in the right spot, or _sub_header.html is damaged.

Hi Deano,
Got a problem with the compatibility of your template on 7.0.6, this is from my hosting company..
We have carefully checked the whole configuration of your forum and your application and it appears that the issue is caused by incompatibility of your template with the latest version of Dolphin. That is why we may suggest you the following options:
1. To contact your template developer, so s/he will be able to integrate the template with the latest version of Dolphin.
please help with this as i dont want to change the template as i love the black template.
Thanks
Baz

Download the latest version of the template. Your hosting company is most likely wrong though. If i remember correctly you were running 7.0.4. Other than some cosmetic fixes, there is no difference in the template and should run on 7.0.6.
My guess is you did not properly upgrade when going to 7.0.6.
When running 3'rd party templates you should switching back to the UNI template. Because in most cases the forum has to be recompiled as part of the upgrade. And the UNI template has to be recompiled first.
If you can't get it resolved, PM me your site access info. FTP and dolphin admin and i will see if i can correct the issue.

My template Deanos Basic Black is not currently compatable with dolphin 7.0.8
I will be working on an updated version.
In the mean time you can get the current version of the template to work by doing the following.
Go to modules/boonex/forum/layout
Delete the folders deanos_basic_black and deanos_basic_black_en
Make a copy of the folder uni
Rename that copy as deanos_basic_black
Go into that new folder and edit perams.php
Change the 3 occurances of uni to deanos_basic_black.
Switch to the uni template and compile it.
Switch to the deanos_basic_black template and compile it.
Thats it.
There will be a few minor color problems that do not match the template which i will correct with the next template update.

Hello Deano
Do you have any idea when your template will be ready for Dolphin 7.0.8?
Kind Regards,
Martin

It will work on 7.0.8 now. Instructions are in the post just above you on how to get it to work with the forums.
I am currently tied up with other module updates.
My templates are no longer in the market. I will be passing all my templates on to another developer when i find one to take them.

Thank you
It's very sad that you will not provide these template in the future because I think it's quite a good and easy one!
Kind Regards,
Martin

I have resumed selling this template. I will resume the others as well when i get them updated.
I decided to adequately keep up with them i will only maintain a downloadable copy for the latest release of dolphin.
