Ever since I disabled the "Promotion" membership, all the memberships are now randomly turning to an inactive state now. Not all at once, but randomly. Even some new signups are going inactive. Not all new signups, just some.
This still happens when I turn the "Promotion" membership back on.
Is this a bug?
