Dating Social Site

I am thinking a lot of changing the concept of my site to 

social dating, which means that their will be friends option.

I am doing this because i want more users and engage

the community to online dating softly, they are very shy.

What do you thing about that?

I had a dilemma about splash page, for the privacy thing. is it right to do?

or should i show everything to everyone (beside those how understand and set their privacy right.)

and put a option in join, which one should you recommend ?

1)by default every profile view (include avatars) privacy is for members only

2)set a check box in join form to make them chose to show profile to non-members

3)hiding/fogging the small photo/avatar from home page for non-members automaticly unless they set privacy is for non-members.

boonex sure has the ability to do both social-dating, what i did is just kept the dating site with an option to add friend (i removed it in previous version) and so..

i don't think it a taboo to add friend in dating site, its even will be interesting and new.

Well, I never do publicity, 4 years ago we were a dozen, today we are 12,000 As members, all true. It may not be much, but Belgium is a small country and my site is open only to Belgium from the beginning. So overall it runs good like that, and I'm very happy, members too. Although sometimes leave the site, they always come back later.

I also believe that we must make the public forum and must make it move. Many Member arrive at the site by searching the base which had nothing to do with the meeting.

I think I owe it a lot of members.
