Date Picker Calender Doesn't work 7.0.8-Firefox

We have Dolphin 7.0.8 and the date picker/calendar doesn't come up in Google Chrome 26 for Create Event or the register page for Firefox.

We're unable to add a event or register as a result of the date not showing up.

The calendar doesn't come up in any of the pages for Firefox 20.

Please let us know how to fix this issue. Thanks.
