Database query error when joining

I am getting a "Database query error" when adding a new profile.

Is there somewhere to check inside Dolphin for database settings?

I have 2 installs of dolphin on the same server using different databases. 1 is the demo and works fine. The ad-free is having the database errors. I reinstalled with a new database, but get the same error.

I ended up reinstalling Dolphin to a different directory and starting over. Problem solved.
