Database error & Member loss

1: I tried installing dolphin 7 and thought I was pretty successful until I saw that all of my members had be lost!

The way i installed was to install 7 in a separate directory and used the same database (so I could obviously capture al of the current members etc)

2: I am now getting an error message that says there is an unknown column in the field list after trying to signup a user myself both through the admin panel and directly to the join page.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello!

Plz specify - did u use 1 database for 2 Dolphins (6.1 and 7)? Well in this case if u haven't backup of old DB ... because D7 delete all his destinated tables before tables creation. Both versions have tables `Profiles` with the same name.

yes there was always only one database and for both installations (6 and 7) that database was used.

The most important thing to be repaired right now however is to be able to have people signup.

That feature is not working.

It appears that one of the options that I had created on the join form is corrupted in some way.

When I try to sign someone up I get a database error
