This error is not related to Dolphin .. it is your server issue, maybe serer is overloaded..

This is related to Dolphin my friend is nat my server issue and is nat overloaded

i check my server and is fine me send support ticket to my hosting company and they tell me this

We apologize for the trouble that you have been having. The server is not overloaded, I can assure you of that. We have proprietary scripts in place that prevent any user from overloading the CPU with their processes. Where are you seeing the error

Here's a link to the MySQL manual explaining the error.  Perhaps your server has a kill script setup so that after x time it kills the connection.  The issue is related more to the server you are using or the MySQL server you are trying to connect.

I'd ask your host to make it longer for you so you can do what you need.  If your backing up a ton of data it will take longer than 5 minutes.  I have a postal code database of 40+ countries and that takes quite a bit to upload and backup.

Our limit for a single process running is 5 minutes. Purchasing a dedicated IP removes this limit; however, I don't know if this is the reason you get the "Mysql has gone away" error. We also have a "CPU Throttling" limit, which will slow down processes. Check the "CPU Throttling" tool in Cpanel while it is occurring if you think this might be the cause.

You can obtain a backup of your databases using the tool "Backups" in the Files section of your CPanel. You can also use PHPMyAdmin's export feature to export it as an sql file. Perhaps this can help. In addition, you can use FTP to download a backup of your files. For example, you can use Unlimited FTP in your control panel.

If that is the limit your host gives you then you have but 2 choices to backup.  Download from the cpanel directly or if you want to use the boonex tools, you need to backup each databaes individually to not exceed the time limit.

i realy hate my hosting i hope they go down one day they want money for everthing one day i want to change my domain name and they tell me i have to pay for a new domain because they can't change your domain the u have to by the domain for 10.00  and now i ask to remove my limit  and they want fucking 30.00

Dedicated IP's are 30 dollars per year, it would be pro-rated by what is left on your hosting plan. However, the purchase of a dedicated IP will give you just that, your own IP Address. CPU Throttling Limits would not be affected or changed with the purchase of a dedicated IP address.
