Database Import - Help!

I want to install a fresh version of Dolphin ad-free and would like to replace new template folder with my backed up template folder. I also import my old database into my new fresh install. Is this possible? I am looking to someone complete this service for me if possible.  I am currently using 6.1.2 and will be upgrading to 6.1.4.
