I figured out the reason, as per the read me file we should run

run http://yourdomain.com/modules/dolphintechs/mail/mailinstaller.php

actually it should be

run http://yourdomain.com/modules/dolphintechs/mail/mailinstall.php

but even with after successfully the installation is done, I got the below error once going to index.php

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'William F. Saamoi, Jr.'', '0000-00-00 00:00:00', '', '000-000-000', '1')' at line 1

Please advice.

Thanks for leting me know about the install readme.  I also sent you a PM about the install error as well.

I want to buy this module, but I'm concerned about the error that was mentioned by Okatanani.  Was it fixed and how does it work?

Yes it was fixed. i corrected the install and i told him what the sql error was on his end.  he was allowing names like 'William F. Saamoi, Jr.'' to be created  quotes and commas in the name.

I will also install it for free as well if you have any trouble with it.

does this let me change smtp settings that mail uses?

Is it dependant on a set smtp mailer to run?

Is it linked up within dolphin admin or a separate admin interface/login?

Yes, you can set any smtp settings you like to send out mail.

No, it is not dependant on a set smtp mailer to run.

It is a separate admin interface/login but, has a link from the defualt dolphin admin panel.

1. Are the users from Dolphin automatically added to the mailing list table? e.g. when a new user A subscribes at Dolphin, will user A also be added to the mailing list?

2. Is it possible to add First Name, Last Name fields from Dolphin to the mailing subscribers table too?
