Depends on which ones you want to change.

Admin >> Builders >> Navigation Menu >> click on nav block name and change the icon name. (Do not put "icon-", just the icon name) The icons available are at:

http://fortawesome.github.com/Font-Awesome/

For Ads module:

admin > modules > ads > category manager > select category and change "picture" to desired awesome icon name

Hello Simon,

This new dolphin version is killing me abit. I know how to change the colors of each individual icon, change size and that I can replace the font files from fontawesome.com for other fonts.

However, the issue arises when Im trying to replace a font based icon with an image :(
For example the "my account" icon.

You should look back at the recent "blogs" created by Andrew Boon during/leading up to the Beta release, they explain many things...

To use images instead of text icons:

admin --> modules  --> ads  -->  Category Manager  -->  Edit  -->  Picture

Add name of image file here, then upload image to /modules/boonex/ads/templates/base/images/icons

The new icons in 7.1 are as ugly as seven day old dog poo.  Is it going to be a pain in my royal arse to change them?  Before all you had to do was upload a new image with the same name and you were done.
