DB8 [Bug]: Video & Sound Recording Fails

Cannot record videos or sounds in respective modules.

Devices are recognized and loaded properly, but clicking on "record" generates "Connection Error".

*Tested on BoonEx's online demo for latest Beta 8.1 release, using FireFox 3.5.4

Kindly make a ticket for this issue.

Error was in disabled RMS. After connection it works fine, check it up please.

On the Online demo I no longer get the "Connection Error". However, upon posting the recorded video comment, I get "Error! File not found." Perhaps they are working on the ticket?

Ok. Upon recording a video comment, the following message appears:

"Video is being processed".

This message stays on forever--and there is no browser activity. So, when refreshing the page:

"Error! File not found."

There must be some sort of confirmation that the video processed Ok or not, and either a "refresh to view video comment" instruction to appear or show video upon processing must take place.

Anyone else got this to work?

does not work for me.  It does the processing thing and then I usually get an ugly black "Alert" message that says "Error Processing File".

I don't know if they are working on this, but I have my RMS hosted with a reliable 3rd party and they don't know why it is not working either.  I can't record voice or video.  Same error.

I promise I will buy a license if I can get things working properly.

does somebody get audio or video recording to work ? Im also getting processing erros while audio or video recording. ps I use joombyte rms hosting
