D7B5 Live Support

I've been trying to add my live support to the various beta's of D7, but so far no luck. Whenever I put it in the footer of sub footer template, it just doesn't show up. Does anyone have an idea how to work this? Here's an example of the code I need to put in:

Would be great if someone can help me out, I really want this running on D7. Thanks :)

Don't forget to clean cache after any modification in template files.

Also note that some comment code from third party scripts can conflict with d7. The first place to check is your forum. If you get a blank page, then delete your comments from the code
