OK i finally figured out a solution to the problem.....

GET THIS EVERYONE...

when you install D704 over D703 there are two directories

1:modules/boonex/forums

2:modules/modules/boonex/forums

totally DELETE the modules/modules/boonex directory off your website

now.. for my fix.. I downloaded the D704 full pack again... AND copied over the modules/boonex/forums directory...

even with my blackmagic template going into administration and then manage forum and compiling the language IT WORKED!!!

I know I postes this elsewhere so I have to cut and paste this everywhere I complained about forum langauge compile NOT WORKING!

What are you talking about? I installed one as a fresh install and three updates. It NEVER created a modules directory within the modules directory.

You were doing something wrong.
