D7 - feature request in match making

Hello. I would like to share this idea with you: what do you think about making an extra option (and default) "Any" in country list selection?

I would like this as well. I personally hate the fact that the country drop down has so many options, yet my site only operates in a few countries currently. It would be great if you could enable/disable certain countries from the list and have the ability to make one country the default whenever that form field is present. I am speaking in refence to the countries in sys_countries. The countries defined in "predefined values" are fine. I can move them into another list type via mysql and move them back as necessary, but once again it would be great to be able to default those values.
