D7 RSS to FB & Twitter - Any Mod on the Market ?

I've been using TwitterFeed.com free of charge to push my RSS to Twitter & FB, but they have recently shut it down. I  found other platforms such as dlvr.it & Zapier.com etc..  But they are all charging a monthly fee for this service..

I was wondering if we have a Mod on the market that does similar RSS feeds to FB & Twitter or if anyone is willing to put such a Mod together that would be great. I am willing to pay for it, but we shouldn't be paying an ongoing monthly fees to these sites such as dlvr.it and others..
