D7.B5 Video uploading error

Does anyone has this problem when uploading video?

Message "Video is being processed" didn't go away even video uploading is completed

until you click video thumbnail to reload and it ready to play. After that, the video is working fine.

@ jyi123: By default crons are set to run every 5 minutes.
Upload another video, wait for 5 min than try viewing it.

@ hassanishome: I just uploaded a video with no issues, make sure you have the video extensions set to your needs. (Extensions --> Videos --> Settings)

What do you have for your cron? I bet anything it is wrong. Also, your host can affect what your cron should be. The default cron does not always work. If you see a /var/root/ in your cron, it is wrong in most cases.

it depends on the size of your clip. It can take up to an hour(for very large files) until the server renders it.

It should say, 'video is being processed on the server, it may take a while'

Never mind you can browse away when upload is confirmed, it's on the server already.

Thanks, guys.

The corn job settings from D7 installation is run every minute.

I just copied the corn job setting from installation to my host corn job setup

and it run every minute. I checked the directory.. \video\files\ and they are

all there,such as x.flv, x.mp4 x. x.jpg, x.mpg, x_small.jpg although the message

"video is being processed" was still display until clicking the video thumbnail.

Then video works fine.
