D-6.1.4 doesnt need licenses more? :P

hi!

i have checked today some d6.1.4 projects (i have one too).

and a friend of me a admin told me, that we dont need licenses more.... ^^
he have send me some screens, because i dont want to check it by me.

and i see, he havent a license entry!! and on his project is all normal (without boonex-ads)!!

my question: is it a bug or a present from boonex ??

e:// now i have test it and cant believe it... something is wrong, or we have luck?? :)

note: we have nothing changed on code! we have just delete our license in admin-panel, in mysql and delete the server cache!
