Customize profiles doesnt work

Since i did the upgrade from rc1 to rc2 the customize profiles works less than it did before i did the upgrade and now people cant even add images or change the background color in the blocks like they could before. I thought the upgrade was supposed to make the customize profiles better but it actually made it worse and now it is not possible for people to customize their profiles like they could before the upgrade. Is anyone else having this problem or did i do something wrong?

I did upgrade my site from RC1 and RC2 and it works but not correctly. I upload a transparent image but only the header gets changed not the full background as i expected. I checked on the demo site and see the same behaviour, you can see here -

looks like you're doing many things wrong

take a closer look when customizing the profile page

you'll see few options like header box content boarder background fonts .................and a few more

now if you click on box header and change the background with a img.. sure it will only apply to the top not the entire block
