I am looking to start up a dating / community site in the near future. I am pretty sure that I want to go with Dolphin as my base software but there is some customisation that I would like. I have no programming experience of my own so I have two questions:
- Can someone with no programming experience successfully run Dolphin as it stands?
- Where would I begin to look for someone to help me with customising the software, bearing in mind that I would prefer to sit down with someone in person and work through what I would like / what is possible / what is affordable?
