Custom Design--CSS

Does anyone know how difficult it is to customize the appearance of Dolphin? It is a matter of just applying CSS?

If so, does anyone have any recommendations on who could do this fairly cheap?

Thanks guys!!!

Yes it is just a matter of changing css, What i use that helps a great deal is firefox browser with the firebug plugin, with that plugin you can right click an area and inspect elements and it will show you the css file and line number you want to change for color etc.....

I'd be more than happy to help you out for a fair price. Shoot me an email with details and we can work something out:

the dolphin is template driven, and it is mostly CSS, but not 100% that is what the case was on D6, but i think D7 has some larger portions that are controlled by inline style.
