Cron job for videos

O have spoke to my hosting company about video upload issues and they have told me to make sure my cron job to convert videos is in place, could anybody give me some advice on how to do this :-)

You should be able to add cron jobs through your hosting account's control panel. It should be something like:

***** /path/to/php -q /path/to/dolphin/periodic/cron.php

Dolphin only uses one cron job.
