Cron Jobs

My Mass Mailer is not sending out the emails in the Queue, I believe there is a problem with the Cron Job, how can I fix this other than going through the CPanel...is there a way to do it via Dolphin.

If it is the cron job, then you will set that up in cPanel.  By the way, go into your admin and see what Dolphin thinks is your cron job.  If no cron job is listed there, then Dolphin is not finding a cron job.
