Cron Job working for sound but not video

Any ideas why my video files are not being processed? Sound seems to be working ok and is processing.

Looking at the admin tools which gives details on the host server setup looks fine regards to ffmpeg? maybe I am wrong?

See attached screenshot of the database settings...

I am using this path:

I was advised by my host to use php53-cli

/usr/bin/php53-cli -q /home/sites/mysite.com/public_html/periodic/cron.php

Where can I find details of IO error? Still new to this..

See attachment of the directory, seems like the video has converted? but something has gone wrong but in admin panel of dolphin the video was in the failed section.

My cron job was running fine, but without the -q so I removed it. But I was told today that it should be in there and I was advised to set it up this way:

cd /home/xxxxxx/public_html/periodic; /usr/local/bin/php -q cron.php

Once I did that it worked without a problem. Just make sure to leave the space before and after the -q. I would also say this, do not copy and paste it from here hand type it. I was changing a PHP file the other day and copied from here and for some reason it did not copy correctly.
