Is there any complete documentation on how to create a new template? It seems easy enough to just download one and make the necessary changes, but it would sure be nice (and easier!) if there was some actual documentation on what and how to do it.

Ugghhh. I know BoonExNerd has some documentation, but much of it is just what is evident. Stuff like removing text/links, creating a template, putting an image larger than 73px height are all things that could save most people a ton of bandwidth if there was some documentation.
Has anyone considered the daunting task of documenting?
