Create and view new page

I created a new page on my admin page. It's on the list of pages but I can't view it. Please how can I view the page. Is it not better to have a place one can click to view the page or something?

When adding a new page, there should be a link to view it. Also, for it to display properly (the page), you must first add some form of content to it.
