Is http website good security, it's different from https?

HTTPS is the extension of HTTP making for higher security. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTPS . So for now, no, HTTP "hasn't  good security".

HTTPS is not needed for every single thing sent over the net.  Why do I need to encrypt photos of kittens?  However, Google decided that they won't rank sites any more unless they send everything over https.  It use to be that you would only encrypt pages with sensitive information, like when you are filing out an order form and putting in payment information.  That is what happens when corporations become more powerful than governments.  Why hasn't Google been broken up already?
