Cotact Us "submit" button doesn't work

I've noticed that the "submit" button will not become active if someone uses any type of autofill tool. Evidently the code behind this button is waiting for something to be type in each field. This happens on every Dolphin site I've visisted. Anybody know how to fix this?

I had the same problem, but don't remember exactly where the fix is.  Do a search in the forums, you'll find it.  It's an easy fix.
