Contributorz??

I was searching for answers on expertzzz as I have been for the past 2 weeks it seems. I ran across a few threads that said I had to be a contributor to read them. To become a "contributor" you have to pay a monthly, quarterly or yearly fee (up to $100).

I have 3 questions.

1) Are you f#@$^% kidding me???

2) Do they really want you to pay for support after paying for the software? Software they know is buggy and requires a LOT of support to get started let alone customized.

3) Is it even worth paying to be a contributor?

Thank you.

Thanks that answers question #3. It seems it is worth it.

But what about 1 and 2?

1) Dude, no one forcing you to use their software, if they set that rule, either you like or leave it.

2) They are giving the software with code for free after all, with ads of coz, but they gotta eat too..

no software is perfect, so what's wrong with charging for support.

I agree with what is being said here, However I feel for people that have paid for the removal of adverts etc..  They should receive the same level of support that contributors do.  Am I wrong in saying that.  Personally I am a contributor, as I found this to be the most economical way of getting ad free for the ray products.  I did however purchase a dolphin lifetime license and would have expected to get the same privelages in the forums, etc. as a contributor does.  I don't wish to cause a full on debate here, just sharing my personal take on the subject.
