Connect server

First excuse my English writing, I'm from Spain, thanks.

I have several problems to connect my script to the media server.

I installed on my UNIX server but it seems that I have the ports blocked because it connects the server then install Windows on my PC but now not give connection to my script.

That IP address I put in plugin? ...
