I noticed that any guest (aka Visitor) who posts on the shoutbox all have the same name "Visitor" tag. So if a couple guests get into the shoutbox chat it becomes a confusing nightmare.
I love the shoutbox feature and we've had awesome feedback on instant quick communications on the pages we use it. But I'd think theres a way to add a unique identifier since the site already does this for other elements (likes, rating, etc). Any suggestions...
