Only time i have ever seen a message like that was when my mail server was down.

Check with your host. See if there are any issues with the email server.

What do i ask them?

You ask them if the mail server is down. Your mail is not going out.

You also might want to check if you have installed the smtp mailer module. If it's not setup properly that can cause it as well. For most sites that module is not needed and should not be installed. Thats if your running a newer version of dolphin that has it.

I've tested it using the contact form. And i got this error on the top: "SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host."

You don't need the SMTP mail service unless you have set it up on your server.

There are a lot of directions and setup procedures there.

Dolphin handles it's own mailings..

Hi

You should check if the SMTP settings in the mailer module are correctly set. If you are not sure about these settings, you may ask your host for the exact details which you should use.

If the script is properly configured, you may ask your host to check if the mail service on your server is up and running. Even if the service is up they should check if there is a large amount of emails in the mail queue (this could cause the issue sometimes)
